The Client Training Manager is a pivotal role in the Client Engagement model ensuring end users of PhlexEview are trained effectively to ensure engagement and confidence within the user community.

A full job description will be provided ahead of interviews, but in brief your duties will include:

Serve as Phlexglobal’s Business Administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Be accountable for developing a strong understanding of current system and business processes to ensure training remains current and fit for purpose.

Technical writing across the team – include design, styling and development of presentations, eLearning content and multimedia visual aids.

Delivery of PhlexEview training to internal audiences when new system functionality is released.

Delivery to PhlexEview end users with face to face classroom training, webinars via GoTo/Skype and recorded trainings as required. Training includes education about new functionality during system upgrades which may be delivered via newsletters or webinar format.

Measure training effectiveness, circulating monthly performance metrics.

Maintaining training records as required.

Contribute to effective system validation ensuring configuration and system performance is as expected, never knowingly passing a defect to minimise impact to client once live.

Contribute to system based continuous process improvement focusing on improvements to user experience or process improvement such as Gold Data.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of delivering systems training to a variety of audiences, experience within the Clinical Trial space would be hugely beneficial but is not essential.

We are looking for someone who displays a strong work ethic and motivation, along with the ability to think on your feet in dynamic situations.

You must demonstrate enthusiasm for Training and have the ability to take responsibility for proactively identifying improvements for training to ensure its can be classed as ‘best of breed’.
