This is a full time Consultant appointment in Clinical Radiology at University College London Hospitals, based in the Radiology Department at Westmoreland St Hospital. The post-holder will work closely with the existing team of Consultant Radiologists to develop and enhance the imaging service which the Department provides to acute, outpatient and inpatient services and strengthen the reporting profile of the Department.

The post-holder will have sub specialty experience in Uro-radiology, in order to support the delivery of the Urology service. There are extensive opportunities for academic collaboration with University College London and its medical school.

The Radiology Department is very active in both teaching and research and the post-holder would be expected to participate in these.

Applicants should possess the FRCR or equivalent and be on the specialist register or within 3 months of obtaining their CCST.

Please note that if you are at present in a training position on the 2016 new junior doctor’s contract and are applying for a Trust doctor role your salary will not be pay protected.
