Planning Enforcement Officer
Are you looking for a new assignment with in planning enforcement or looking to gain experience at a more senior level? A WestLondon Authority is currently looking to recruit for a Senior Planning Enforcement officer to assist for an initial 3 month period; with a view to extend there after. The Council is based with in easy walking distances from overground and underground stations as well as access via a car. The Authority is divers by nature covering both urban and rural aspects with in the boundaries. The suitable candidate would required:To carring out all planning enforcement related functions including the processing and assessment of complex enforcement cases, enforcement appeals and some planning applications along with a variety of other technical tasks within the department.To have the ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative and meet the services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).To have accurate communication with a variety of stakeholders both orally and in writing and the ability to produce reports/letters in a clear writing style.Excellent knowledge of Development Management, planning enforcement legislation/guidance and to be able to speak clearly and confidently in public meetings.
