A leading luxury Tour Operator is looking to recruit a supervisor to oversee consultants working within the Admin/Operations & Customer Service department. We are seeking a candidate from Tour Operations background, with excellent attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and people management experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established upmarket tour operator and further your career! Salary is in the region of £20,000 - £22,000pa, dependent on experience plus benefits.

- Actively coach and lead your team by positive example, and carry out designated tasks as requested by your Reservation manager
- Assist your team with any queries they have on a day to day basis
- To be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to other departments and external customers at all times as an example to other team members
- Forward planning of the workflow of the team to ensure that all forthcoming deadlines are met taking into account seasonality of workload and the on-going demands of customer requirements
- Ensure the timely dispatch of all travel documents
- Provide a comprehensive 'concierge service' to the reservations teams

We are ideally looking for someone with people managements skills combined with a travel operations background and exceptional customer service skills. You will have the ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing.

Salary is dependent on experience, in the region of £20k - £22k pa dependent on experience plus benefits
