Tradewind are working with a Specialist College that promotes independence, education and life skills through its work with young people aged 18 – 25 who experience ASC, behaviours that challenge and a range of learning difficulties.

The college has high expectations and aspirations for their young people which are realised through the dedication and skills of our staff team. Due to an increase in students, they are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their growing team. Your drive and enthusiasm to help young people to succeed is essential.

This role requires experience from an educational setting, and of behaviours that challenge.

Due to the occupational requirement to provide personal care to male students, we are looking for a male Learning support assistant. (Equalities Act 2010)

For this role, you will have to be Level 3 qualified in Supporting, Teaching and Learning in Schools or Colleges would be an advantage, and as previously stated the enthusiasm and drive to help young people to succeed is essential.

The College is set in the North of Birmingham with large grounds and plenty of free parking for staff.
