Head of Marketing Campaigns

As our new Head of Campaigns, you’ll be the focal point for our demand creation strategy. Managing a team of five talented and committed individuals, you’ll sit within the marketing and communications team, building pipeline and driving success for sales. Your day could involve planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and messaging to reach our target audience, analysing data and metrics to maximise the opportunity of every pound spent or coaching your team to be their very best selves, every day. Your days will be busy, hectic and challenging but always varied, fun and rewarding.

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced manager who can lead a team to:

  • Research, plan, implement and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns - from initial briefing stage to final delivery and ROI measurement
  • Ensure effective delivery of high quality, highly differentiated and compelling campaigns segmented by customer type, product and business challenge
  • Work with sales and product teams to understand customer segments and ‘needs to buy’ and creating compelling campaigns to support their purchase of Sponge solutions
  • Plan, create and drive repeatable lead nurturing programmes to move prospects through the pipeline and make Sponge front of mind when they’re ready to buy
  • Manage and motivate a team of campaign and lead generation specialists
  • Communicate campaigns across internal teams
  • Optimise the potential of our internal CRM and Marketing Automation platforms

Desirable skills and experience

  • B2B marketing, campaign and demand creation experience
  • Inspiring team collaboration, motivation and management approach
  • Be an ideas person who delivers consistently against objectives
  • Be an open and engaging communicator
  • Confident working with large-scale global brands
  • Experience of CRM and marketing automation platforms is a big plus
