Do you like getting things done? And are you known for being hard-working and reliable?

We are looking for a band 3 nursing assistant (NVQ 3) who is able to work within a nursing team of dedicated nursing professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to put their patients at the centre of care demonstrating kindness and patience.

We want our patients to receive the best possible care from people for whom nothing is too much trouble. So if you recognize yourself in the description above and it excites you to think you could be one of our team caring for our patients on a daily basis, we would love to hear from you.

Don’t worry if you don’t have any formal care background. We can teach you the skills of a good nursing assistant. What we want is the right kind of person who will thrive in this important work.

We are looking for individuals who are flexible as you may be moved to a different ward/ department at any time, during your working week. You will be expected to integrate quickly with an established team of staff to deliver quality care.

In return you will gain excellent clinical experience; a range of attractive benefits, education and development opportunities for staff are available.
We will offer you a structured Induction programme during which you will learn more about the Trust and your role. You will be required to complete the National Care Certificate in the first 3 months of employment.

You may find more information about the National Care Certificate alongside the attached documents.
