Technical Service Desk Analyst – 2nd Line
Contract: Permanent – fulltime at 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
(Term time plus will be considered)
Salary: Band 3 £18,000-£21,000 (dependant on experience) p.a. plus excellent pension and performance bonus
Location: Based in Stevenage

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Service Desk team. The role is customer focused, providing remote ICT support to schools, and requires attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting techniques.
Previous experience would be beneficial, however for the right candidate full training is available. Customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations are a must.
