E.ON UK are looking for a Property Surveyor to join our team based at our Westwood office in Coventry.Portfolio Management for a range of UK property assets (acting in both Landlord and Tenant capacity) to determine and deliver property strategy, to provide a platform from which the E.ON UK business can deliver its business strategy and budgeted cash flow objectives. Property Surveyor Responsibilities What you will do: Work within the Asset Management team to develop the business and deliver an asset management strategy for the benefit of the E.ON businesses in the UK Deliver cost effective and productive services to the business, meeting their requirements and identifying areas for cost or operational improvement, as well as ensuring legislative/licensing compliance Deliver best value property transactions as required to meet the aims and objectives of the E.ON property strategy. Qualifications What we need from you: Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or equivalent professional property qualification) Demonstrable experience in real estate management (Ideally 2 years PQE or greater) The ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level across the business and with third parties, and to obtain the best outcomes for a very broad range of property interests Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills An up-to-date knowledge of market forces A good understanding of valuation and business rates management techniques Prior experience of managing third party suppliers Past corporate experience Ability to take a holistic view of a business to form strategies which deliver objectives Good IT literacy UK Driving Licence What we’ll give you in return: We lead the way when it comes to giving our employees more with our award-winning benefits package.
