The successful applicant will be responsible for the accounting duties, daily management of the sales and purchase ledgers and administration duties as required. Full Time, Permanent Job Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Key duties: •Daily maintenance of ledgers using SAGE Line 50 •Payroll - Sage 50 payroll •Purchase order invoice posting and filing •Making supplier payments •Online banking experience •Credit Control and payment chasing •Running reports and creating customer statements •Dealing with overdue payments and updating accounts •Invoicing sales orders •Reconciliation of sales & purchase accounts Skills required: •Experienced in SAGE Line 50 and Payroll •Bookkeeper experience essential •Attention to detail and thorough •Excellent communication skills •Ability to work on own initiative •Ability to deliver to time deadlines •IT Literate including EXCEL and WORD
