Be an NCS Programme Manager NCS is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 15 to 17 year olds. It is a unique programme mixing fun, discovery and challenge, designed to build confidence and prepare young people for their journey into adulthood. This is an important role in which you will be responsible for driving and maintaining strong performance and service delivery of the NCS programme in the North West; and be responsible for ensuring that contracts are high performing and profitable across the North West. In brief you will: Implement, manage and oversee NCS programme delivery. Have line management of NCS programme coordinator. Recruit & manage seasonal temporary delivery staff to ensure a high quality NCS programme is delivered. Liaise with our clients Recruitment team and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment of young people to your NCS programme is successful.
