Our client, the pre-eminent global people and organisational advisory firm is seeking a Solution Architect to provide strategic focus and attention on large enterprise accounts which can generate greater value and impact for clients. As a Solution Architect, you will play a visible and active role in the sales process to ensure our Products are appropriately positioned and optimized to align with complex needs expressed by clients and prospects. Solution Architects will provide support to our direct (Product sales) and indirect (Advisory, Futurestep and Search) channels and serve as a resident expert on our integrated product offerings to ensure clients realize maximum value when deploying the company’s products. Solution Architects will work with Marquee Account Leaders and other Opportunity Managers to accelerate the sales process and increase the probability of closing large and complex engagements. Primary Responsibilities Maintain an expert knowledge of our Product offerings, roadmap, commercial models and migration strategies. Serving as a single point of contact for the Products Group, SA’s actively support and participate in strategic opportunities/pursuits to ensure our Product-related offerings are aligned with client and market needs; Lead the design and development of compelling solutions that help clients/prospects see the value created when deploying the company’s products and product-related services; Direct interaction with clients and prospects to identify and/or validate business needs and determine how best our product offerings will satisfy such needs; Engage across the end-to-end sales process including client meetings, planning and preparing proposals and product demonstrations as required. Cross-functional interaction with members of the Sales, Product Management, Product Development and Delivery teams; Provide market, client/prospect and competitor feedback and enhancement requests. Contribute to the global SA team in areas such as integrated Value Proposition development, expertise leadership and case study development. Applicants must have the following qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience to be considered for these highly challenging roles: A good UK degree or equivalent. Significant relevant work experience in a people consultancy and/or a client HR function.
