Our client is a ground breaking independent platform that is dedicated to Enterprise Investment Schemes, Seed and Business Property Relief investments. How you can expect to spend your day: Develop and update investment knowledge of the Company's range of products on the platform and the general investment markets. This involves fulfilling all training and compliance requirements, as necessary, and ensuring personal knowledge is always up to date and of sufficient depth To develop a thorough and strategic understanding of the company’s business and requirements, and build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing key stakeholders inside and outside of the business To act as an ambassador for the Company, building and maintaining professional relationships with fund managers, financial advisers, and other business influencers In conjunction with the Marketing Director, identify areas where company or product literature or information requires reviewing, editing, or updating and to advise accordingly In conjunction with the HR manager, identify the need for and establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organisation officials, and staff members as necessary Participate in training and development and establish goals and objectives for self and team to help support and improve job performance (experience, ability, competence around use of the portal etc.) Participate in the development of compliance strategies, monitor and review operations to ensure correct quality and compliance standards and ensure regulations are met Project manage and lead and participate in the development and implementation of business measures and processes, reporting, information flow, new guidelines or strategies to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, working jointly with other areas of the business where appropriate The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: Professional, consistent and proficient Self-motivated, ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and using own initiative Excellent written and communication skills required of a demanding and customer focused working environment Excellent organisational skills and ability to be flexible, to respond and manage change and to multitask Excellent decision-making skills and research and analytical skills demonstrating an attention to detail Excellent numerical skills Good IT skills Ability to work well in a team Ability to motivate people Ability to learn new skill
