Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) - Senior/Assistant Manager
ROLE OVERVIEW FPSG are working in close partnership with a globally renowned Consultancy Firm to source an exceptional Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) professional to join our client on a full-time permanent basis based in one of several modern UK offices. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver high quality governance, risk and controls reviews Assist clients design and implement improvements to their controls frameworks Assist clients to understand the extent to which their governance arrangements, systems, processes and people assist or inhibit their strategies to generate value. PERSON SPECIFICATION Have a relevant professional qualification (i.e. ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Core skills in a wide range of disciplines including operational and enterprise risk frameworks and governance, finance processes and controls and understanding supporting operational processes Experience in controls design and testing, and controls-based auditing or advisory engagements. Have experience of building strong relationships.
