We have an exciting opportunity at Boston Limited for an Accounts Clerk to join our team based in Frogmore, Hertfordshire. The role will be full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours a week and the successful Accounts Clerk will receive a starting salary of £16,500 per annum with additional company benefits following a successful 3 month probation period. What we can offer you in return as our new Accounts Clerk: Pension contribution Death in service benefit Subsidised gym membership Annual leave and bank holidays Opportunities to earn further annual leave entitlement As our Accounts Clerk your duties will include: Assisting with daily invoicing of dispatched goods Daily declarations of invoiced / credited goods to HSBC Weekly transfers between accounts Ad hoc queries, usually regarding; Invoicing, customer accounts & confirmation of incoming payments Ad hoc crediting of returned goods Assisting with monthly Intrastat Reporting to HMRC Assisting with monthly EC Sale Reporting to HMRC An ideal Accounts Clerk will hold the following skills and experiences: Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure in both a team environment and as an individual Strong eye for detail Excellent telephone manner and communication skills that will enable you to converse with suppliers. Basic numeracy skills and the ability to utilise these for data entry Ability to use Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook).
