ERP Project Manager Up to £60K base, £6K car allowance, 10% bonus and excellent company benefits. Location independent We are looking for an ERP Project Manager for a leading ERP software vendor with award-winning solutions. Customers and Analysts agree that they are well positioned in the UK market and they are experiencing consistent growth. Moving towards larger scale platform solution delivery and ownership they are looking for a Project Manager that is dynamic, can bring ideas to the table and help develop and deliver professional services projects and revenues. This is not your bog standard PM role but for those really looking for a challenge and with the right background then there couldn't be a better time to be joining. Role: ERP Project Manager will project manage medium to large, complex implementations of ERP software (Finance, Procurement, HR/Payroll) into the public and private sectors, which may involve a number of significant work streams and the management of subcontractors or partners To manage the delivery of successful projects that deliver expected financial return, that provides references, case studies and high levels of customer satisfaction To act as the liaison between the customer and the company to ensure that both parties meet their contractual obligations and that the project meets the customer's expectations as agreed at the project's inception To provide bid management support by working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales and Client Management to win new work Essential Requirements for the ERP Project Manager: A minimum of 3 years ERP software implementation project management working for a software author, vendor or consultancy Successfully completed a number of full lifecycle projects with values in the region of £500K and above Sector experience will include one or more of; Local Government, Central Government, Higher Education, Professional Services, Financial Services A project management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2 or Association for Project Management (APM) as well as solid change and people skills Must be able to demonstrate innovation, attention to detail, financial management, commercial judgement and gravitas Must be comfortable managing both the project implementation team and working as a member of the project management team in driving the business forward and achieving both short and long-term objectives Prepared and used to travel throughout the UK (Typically 2-3 days per week on customer site and 2-3 days working from home)
