Ordnance Survey has an opportunity available for a HR Information Systems Analyst to join the team based in Southampton. As part of our HR Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring that OS gets the most from our current systems and we continue to build our HRIS capability to help maximise the impact of our new ERP system. Key activities include: - Develop, test, implement, maintain and enhance our current HR Information Systems - Work with the wider HR Team to ensure that the quality and consistency of HR information is enhanced and maintained, investigating and resolving system issues as they occur - Work with HR Leadership Team, Finance, Procurement, IS and other stakeholders to ensure HR Information Systems are integrated and “future proofed” - Develop and enhance HR Information System reporting capability to enable improved evidence-based decision making - Provide functional expertise to organisation-wide information system development programmes and projects - Ensure HR Information System governance and measure contract service level agreements with providers Skills and experience required to be our HR Information Systems Analyst: A self-starter who is able work collaboratively and as part of a team, you will have a strong HRIS background with good analytical skills and a track record of improving systems capability. You will also be able to demonstrate good evidence of: - Data migration, Data cleansing and Data analysis techniques - System administration and System governance - Stakeholder management /engagement / communication - Process improvements and Report design - Contribution to and leading elements of HRIS change projects - Experience of eBusiness Suite, Discoverer, Cornerstone and / or wider ERP system integration projects will be ideal Why not click ‘apply’ today?
