Service Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager (Software) Location : Liverpool Salary : £28k - £30k Service Desk Manager sought by a market-leading software organisation at their Liverpool offices. Working within a fast-paced environment, my client is looking for someone who has experience of working in a software environment, supporting users that use their product on a daily basis. To be successful you will need: Experience working with software products An ability to mentor others To be able to prioritise and multi-task Experience using ticketing systems The Service Desk Manager will have excellent customer service skills, be a confident communicator and will be able to work well under pressure. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation as they continue to dominate their industry. Will suit either an experienced Service Desk Manager or a senior / team leader working in a professional service desk environment seeking their next challenge.
