We’re now looking for an Accounts Payable / Admin Assistant to join our dedicated team in Richmond and support the successful running of our Europe office. The Role As an Accounts Payable / Admin Assistant, you’ll provide a high level of support to members of our AMEA leadership team, as well as our Europe Finance team. Specifically, you will: - Manage and maintain the accounts payable, key account payments and cash management processes - Perform a range of admin tasks, including diary management for senior managers, arranging international travel and preparing for meetings - Order stationary and equipment for the office - Act as the main point of contact for the office’s service providers About You To join us as an Accounts Payable / Admin Assistant, you’ll need: - Previous experience of carrying out accounts and admin tasks - Experience of managing diaries within international time zones, as well as co-ordinating international travel - Strong MS Excel skills, including proficiency in other Microsoft applications - Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal - Great decision-making skills and a problem solver - A highly-organised approach Ideally, you’ll have experience of accounts payable and financial accounting systems, but this isn’t essential. Other companies may call this role Accounts Administrator, Administrator, Office Administrator, Office Co-ordinator, Accounts Assistant, Accounts and Administration Assistant or Office Clerk.
