Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Gloucestershire Job Sector: Financial Services Job Type: Permanent Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Job Reference: LS/20952 Job Description: Working closely with the financial planning team the marketing manager will help to co-ordinate and manage the design, content and publication of client facing documents sent out on behalf of the firm. The marketing manager will oversee a marketing schedule, planning for regular material that needs to be sent out via e-shot or mail on a quarterly, half yearly or annual basis. The schedule will also need to allow for other ad-hoc duties such as website updates, campaigns and digital platform marketing. This role requires a marketing manager that has come from within the financial services industry, who understands the terminology, market trends and regulation, who together with the team can produce content that is relevant, current and accurate. All marketing material will need to pass through the compliance manager to ensure that the content is suitable for the public before it is published / sent. Key Skills/Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have worked in financial services and have a general understanding of investment markets, topics relating to financial planning and how to market to the general public within a regulated environment about regulated products and services. The candidate will possess excellent verbal and literacy skills and have a creative nature with an ability to transfer information on to paper. Salary/Benefits Information: My client is looking to pay a salary of £30,000-£40,000 depending on your experience and qualifications. Also on offer is Group life insurance, 5% pension contribution and 20 days holiday + bank holidays. Holidays increase 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days holiday.
