Key responsibilities of the role: Our client is looking for a Finance and Administration Assistant to support across a range of functions within the business. You will be working with a group of highly motivated individuals who enjoy achieving results under pressure and work hard to achieve their goals. Your role involves the general day-to-day management of office management and finance administration, supporting internal teams for the management of company services. Day-to-day activities will include: Invoice processing for the finance team Other finance admin tasks such as report creation and distribution Office Administration tasks such as filing, scanning and office management Assisting the Marketing Team with events Key candidate requirements for the role: Good communication skills Some experience of office administration is preferable Excellent written and oral command of the English language Good PC skills (Internet, email, MS Word and Excel) are essential Full training will be provided What are the perks of working for this company?
