A fantastic opportunity is available for an organised, dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to join the world’s leading provider of travel services to the Performing Arts. The company has a rich heritage in the industry and has been operating for over 60 years. Based in West London, the successful Marketing Executive will earn a basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. This globally established company is known for providing logistical expertise and cost-effective travel solutions to ensembles - worldwide. The company is also the UK’s leading opera, classical music and dance holiday specialist, orchestrating over 100 tours each year to some of the world’s most legendary opera houses and music festivals. In addition, the company also conducts bespoke concert tours for ameteur choirs, ochestras, and bands, operating throughout Africa, Australia, the Americas and the orient. The successful Marketing Executive will ensure that an integrated and coordinated approach to marketing, media, and communications is followed at all times, maximising the marketing and communications activities of the company and its divisions. As a Marketing Executive, you main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing the company’s marketing budget Managing agency relationships including advertising, design and print, branding, digital and PR Devising, implementing and managing company marketing campaigns Creating, producing and editing tour brochures Managing and producing all printed media for the company Proof-reading marketing materials and documentation including tour itineraries and synopses Developing contracts with opera houses and festivals Setting and managing public relations strategy Reporting to company directors on marketing activities Managing company websites, working with web agencies to prioritise developments and implementation of new functionality Setting company advertising strategy across on and offline channels, developing Google and AdWords campaigns. To be considered for the role of Marketing Executive you must be persuasive, self-reliant, and confident. The company are especially interested in speaking to applicants who have extensive experience and knowledge of marketing for opera, classical music or ballet.
