Job: 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Birmingham Job Type: Temp – Perm Salary: Perm - £18,500 - £23,500. Temp - £90 - £130 Per Day. If you have a 2nd Line Support Engineer background with ideally two or more years’ and you are looking to join a company where you can develop your skill set and grow your career, then this is a great opportunity for you. My Client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engnieer who has experience with: •Windows 7, 8 10 and Linux •Basic Firewall and routing Knowledge •Experience in a telephony environment using Ticketing systems •Hands on hardware and software Troubleshooting •Working with Mobile Device managements •Office 365 and Azure •Basic Networking and internet support Ideally my client will want a 2nd Line Support Engineer who is Microsoft Certified. 2nd Line Support Engineer Role: •Fixing Hardware problems sent in from Clients •Working incoming and outgoing Calls •Troubleshooting hardware and software problems •Maintenance with Office 365 and Azure •Working with SLA’s to resolve problems Interviews available immediately.
