CRM & Data Executive
ROLE PURPOSE This role is responsible for supporting Huntswood's CRM system, as well as sales and marketing campaigns. It reports to the CRM & Campaigns Manager. Its core functions are to: Support the implementation of the CRM Upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Support the execution of priority sales and marketing campaigns to help drive and achieve the company's commercial goals Provide Sales, Marketing and User MI to the business through Reports, Dashboards or other means, as per requirements. Job description Maximise effectiveness of CRM Provide input to the CRM Upgrade and its deployment, aligned to maximising the effectiveness of the Sales & Marketing teams Continually identifying opportunities to enhance CRM and adopt best practice Supporting CRM functionality, acting as the first point of contact to support users with queries and technical difficulties and acting as the bridge between users and IT Monitoring CRM user compliance and ensuring data quality is maintained Supporting with training new CRM users Campaign management Working with the Sales team to execute sales campaigns and track through CRM Monitoring sales effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring process is adhered to and outcomes can be measured Working with relevant colleagues, particularly in Marketing, to create campaign specific material e.g. call scripts, slides, emails etc. Providing required target lists to drive planned marketing activity, including campaigns, the release of thought leadership and events Keeping up to date with the latest industry developments and trends in campaign management for professional services MI, evaluation and reporting Developing and evolving MI Dashboards as per changing requirements of the business Providing analysis of CRM Sales and Marketing data as and when required Monitoring CRM user compliance and ensuring data quality is maintained Quickly responding to ad hoc MI requirements from Sales, Marketing and the wider business Essential skills Must have a good working knowledge of CRM systems Previous experience in sales to understand the benefits an optimised CRM can have upon Sales teams A strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, and experience of effective reporting / provision of robust MI Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an inquisitive mindset Ability to work well with and influence people at all levels of the organisation Passion for, and an attention to, detail Well organised and task focused - a completer finisher Good IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) Desirable skills Experience of using Salesforce Experience of using Hubspot Experience of supporting the execution of sales and marketing campaigns An awareness of marketing and how CRM supports marketing activity Experience of B2B financial services or utilities CORE BEHAVIOURS To work with Huntswood's employees are described as dependable, driven and collaborative.
