Job Purpose Working as part of the Treasury team, you will support Treasury management by completing key administration and reconciliation work. The Job Role You will play a key role within this team, completing vital administration, reporting and treasury management tasks as well as supporting on cash posting and quarterly audits. Key Responsibilities Assisting with Daily cash posting Completing allocations for GBP, EUR and USD bank accounts, liaising with Credit Control Raising manual invoices and credit notes, supporting internal departments Assisting with the Quarterly Bank Audit Maintaining filing systems for daily paperwork Processing internal orders, Product Manager orders & staff orders Producing a month end analysis report for all orders Completing Bank Reconciliations at month end Exposure to Cashflow and forecasting, reviewing Accounts Payable payments Handling Customer Rebates Aged Debt Reconciliation Supporting / covering team members Ad-hoc tasks as required Key Skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills Excellent Excel skills are essential Organised with excellent time management skills Confident with a positive attitude A willingness to learn Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative What we offer Full training and on-going Learning and Development support, with excellent career progression Learning and Development opportunities with funded NVQ/work based studies/professional qualifications Employee referral bonus Auto enrolment pension Staff purchases Mobile contracts Eye care scheme Cycle to work scheme If you are interested in this position, please send your CV with a cover letter stating your salary requirements.
