Digital Customer Experience Manager £45-55k per annum This growing organisation have created a new role to help them ensure that their digital journey is the best in the market for their users and customers. You will: Provide customer and market insight, providing an evidence base to inform on proposition development and then support the A/B testing of new elements Do the detailed design for product changes and ensure they are delivered as specified and contracted Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events - producing collateral in house or working with agencies Implement improved digital technology and tools Lead projects to define behavioural changes and implement the agreed proposition. Evolve the use of behavioural studies and data and initiate strategies to communicate to our customers using digital channels. Develop high quality briefs and implement and review Create and deliver clear, concise and targeted briefs for internal and external teams and agencies Track. monitor and report results on all activities.
