My client a Housing Association company based in London is looking for a 1st line support engineer for 3 month. Start date: ASAP Pay rate: £80 - 120 per day Candidate must have: •At least 2 years’ experience within IT Support •Active Directory, SCCM and Exchange experience •Preferably worked with ServiceNow ticketing system •Office 365 •ITIL Foundation Certified •Experience providing customer focused end user support The Role: •Provide 1st/2nd level support on Windows platforms •Hardware and software fault diagnosis •Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product If this sounds like the ideal role for you, please send through your up to date CV.
