Strategic Social Media Manager (m/f/d) B2B Your Duties Strategic lead for all B2B Social Media Marketing activities on an international scale with a focus on LinkedIn and B2B platforms Develop and optimize concepts for social media campaigns and marketing automation alongside the customer journey Create exciting content with a focus on lead generation and thought leadership Implement and optimize social media marketing campaigns for B2B communications Evaluate and assess KPIs and goal tracking and continuously improve campaigns based on your evaluations Consult the regional marketing managers in regards to Social Media and help them make the best out of their digital campaigns Be an internal ambassador for Social Media and ensure the success of global as well as regional campaigns by continuously evaluating and optimizing all Social Media campaigns Develop and hold workshops and trainings to help the marketing teams around the globe become experts in Social Media Marketing for B2B Our Offer Flexible working times, flat hierarchies and varied work on innovative projects create an ideal environment for your personal success. Requirements Successfully completed academic studies in Marketing/Media or a comparable education Several years of experience in a similar role within a digital agency or in a B2B environment Digital native with extensive knowledge of social media platforms and B2B trends Strong consultant mindset and desire to drive change Proven success in developing social media strategies Great analytical skills and technical understanding Proven success in analyzing and optimizing campaigns Experience driving Social Media campaigns and ads in a B2B environment Result-oriented work ethics, creative and digital mindset Experience in working with digital agencies and internal stakeholder Fluent in English on a Native speaker's level Attention to detail in copywriting and visual storytelling The position is preferably based in Neu-Isenburg, but could also be based in a LASG regional office.
