You will play an essential part in supporting the well-being and
quality of life of each individual in your care.
We are looking for exceptional individuals with the right attitude,
skills and knowledge who share our passion to deliver the best quality
care experience. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Home Manager:


£42,000 salary per annum (depending on experience)

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, flexibility will be required to
suit the needs of the business.

Minimum 2 years Nursing Home Manager experience (essential)

Dynamic and keen for a challenge

Trouble shooting (essential)

Experience with improving financial performance

Good organization and on the ball

Someone who is up for a challenge and can move the home forward

Main duties include:


Assessing, monitoring and evaluating the needs of the client group

Manage and supervise the senior team to ensure high standards of
care are maintained

Maintain an environment conducive to the needs of the client group

Ensuring all required documentation and records are accurate and
up to date

Ensuring compliance in all areas of regulation

Chair regular meetings with clients, relatives and staff members

Manage expenditure for the home in line with set budgets

Effectively market the home and maintain good levels of occupancy

Provide accurate reports to the Regional Manager within
designated timescales

Comply with all policies and procedures

Working in partnership with Commissioners
