MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - EXCLUSIVE TO EDWARDS & PEARCE
This is a terrific opportunity for a fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Management Accountant to join an established innovative manufacturing company in Hull! The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Finance in a really interesting, fast paced role involving project work and providing financial information on which strategic decisions can be made. THE ROLE -Reporting to the Head of Finance and working with an established finance team the successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with factory variances and be able to understand patterns and trends as well as being able to investigate and explain anomalies -Using strong analytical skills you will be able to provide financial information for the decision making process and have the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance staff. -This is a fast paced environment where deadlines change due to business requirements and makes for a very interesting and challenging role THE CANDIDATE -You are a CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) fully qualified accountant with a manufacturing background and previous experience of working closely with the factory and production -Have Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, IF statements, pivot tables and array formulas -Excellent communication and inter-personal skills across all levels in a business are essential as is the ability to form good working relationships, provide financial information to deadline and enjoy working in a fast paced environment -You have a `switched on' forward thinking approach and enjoy analytical and investigative accounting THE COMPANY -This is a really great company with contemporary, airy offices and a long established presence in their manufacturing market, locally, regionally and nationally.
