The Role: As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and replacing branding on NoteMachine’s estate of ATMs. You will use a range of hand and power tools, all of which are provided, to ensure that our Cash Machines have the professional touch, and are clean and safe to serve our customers. Working as part of a team reporting to the Merchandiser Manager you will be responsible for visiting customer’s premises to conduct your work, ensuring that NoteMachine’s reputation for first class customer service is embodied at all times. This role will work forty hours per week Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of our business early morning or late evening work may be required. The Right Candidate: The successful candidate will be comfortable working a manual role, with an eye for detail and an aptitude for working with your hands. You will be required to drive a company van, and be comfortable doing so, to visit customer sites and our own depots to collect parts, tools and branding items. You should have a professional demeanour and a flair for customer service, with experience working with the public. An awareness of Health and Safety regulations is required to ensure that all work is carried out safely and in line with legal requirements. A full driving license is essential.
