Quality Governance Lead

Interim Quality Governance Lead We are currently recruiting for an Interim Quality Governance Lead for a period of 3 months minimum (with opportunity to extend) to work for a large healthcare organisation based in the South East. The ideal candidate is a registered clinician with previous experience in quality governance at a middle management level and will be available at short notice. Key responsibilities: Responsible and accountable for providing quality assurance and leading quality improvement initiatives Lead and deliver on specific work streams that advance the clinical, professional and quality of practice and will support the senior management team to deliver on strategic targets Work across operational and corporate services to deliver the quality and professional directorate business plan while embedding the organisation's values and behaviours Support with the analysis of business unit clinical quality data and the identification of Hot Spots requiring a rapid response action Lead, plan, deliver and evaluate programmes of improvement The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and skills: Registered clinician Working experience of healthcare with a knowledge and understanding of the associated terminology Understand clinical governance and have experience of implementing strategy into clinical practice Extensive understanding of CQC guidelines and standards Please contact Boston Hale as soon as possible to ensure your details are considered.
