Maintenance Electrician Salary:£26k p.a. Benefits:20 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension scheme Hours:Full and Part time positions available Location: Wiltshire Our client is a well established and experienced precision engineering company manufacturing millions of precision turned parts and machined components to customer specifications and are members of the British Turned Parts Manufacturers Association. They have built a reputation for the supply and manufacture of precision turned parts both economically and efficiently, from prototype parts to mass production quantities and are currently looking to recruit a maintenance electrician familiar with older generation machine control systems and building facilities to join their team. This would be a brilliant job opportunity for somebody looking to retire and work part time or has experience in older generation cam autos, as well as some CNC. Duties Include: •Servicing machines •Compliance with quality procedures, processes and guidelines. •Installation and commissioning support. •Performing preventative maintenance activities •Installation of new machinery •Carry out inspection and testing work •Conserves electrical maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results •Provide electrical maintenance information by answering questions and request. •Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs. The Ideal Candidate: •Experience in a similar role is essential •Familiar with older generation machine control systems and building facilities. •Able to work using own initiative •NVQ Level 3 or equivalent technical qualifications.
