Corporate Governance Lead
Interim Corporate Governance Lead We are currently recruiting for an Interim Corporate Governance Lead for a period of 3 months minimum (with opportunity to extend) to work for a large healthcare organisation based in the South East. The ideal candidate is experienced in corporate governance at a middle management level and will be available at short notice. Key responsibilities: Ensure that risk management operates as an integral part of the assurance framework for corporate governance with communication of relevant information between risk management, claims, complaints and incidents Manage the annual Internal Audit Programme, coordinating responses and reports to the Governance and Audit Committee Ensure health, safety and security risks and incidents are appropriately identified, reported, investigated, learning identified and action plans implemented which will reduce the chance of reoccurrence Ensure all requests for information made under the Freedom of Information Act, are responded to within the timescales prescribed by the Act and in accordance with the FOI procedure Provide highly efficient, professional and comprehensive confidential administration and secretariat support to the Governance and Audit Committee (and other Governing Body/sub-committee meetings as required), coordinating the timely distribution of papers and minutes The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and skills: Educated to Degree level or equivalent Recognised qualifications or equivalent experience in Corporate Governance Experience of meeting administration and minute taking Please contact Boston Hale as soon as possible to ensure your details are considered.
