Senior Account Manager – About the Role: Our market-leading client are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. You will be accountable for the overall management of relationships and projects, as well as be the main point of contact for the account team and the customer. You will also establish relationships with stakeholders within customers and be responsible for planning and driving the ongoing account strategy. Senior Account Manager – Key responsibilities Responsible for overall management of existing client relationships. Ability to have strategic conversations with your clients. Establish relationships with multiple stakeholders within customers. Senior Account Manager – About you: In order to be considered for the Senior Account Manager position you must have experience of successfully owning and growing a number of accounts for a company operating within Learning and Development. You must also have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills in order to build high-level relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders. Suitable candidates may have previous experience as Account Director, Client Relationship Manager, Client Partnership Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Consultant and/or Client Success Manager.
