Outlook Care has over 25 years of delivering person centred care and we are looking for Support Workers to join the staff team at our Support Living Services in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Each service is split into individual flats and accommodates both men and women, with Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health. All of our residents have their own independence and no personal care is required. As our Support Worker, you will help plan and support our residents to live their life as independent as possible and assist in the house such as cooking, baking and laundry. Permanent vacancies exist to cover a variety of shifts. As our Support Worker, you need to be able to work flexibly, including working some weekends. Experience of working with Learning Disabilities and young people is an advantage, though full training will be provided to applicants with transferable skills. You will need to be a good team player, motivated, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills are essential in this Support Worker role as well as good written and basic IT skills.
