Who are currently looking for a full time, permanent, experienced Digital Marketing Manager in the End User / Trade Distribution Division in Bury St Edmunds. For this Digital Marketing Manager, on offer is a salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience plus quarterly bonus scheme. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing / Directors and your key responsibilities will include: Support the development and implementation of the marketing plans underpinning the strategy to deliver growth targets, increase loyalty and improve market share retention. Design content based on the agreed corporate guidelines, using Adobe Production Suite, so proven skills are required in Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, looking to run a quick skills assessment at interview stage. Proactively ensure that all new / updated products have suitable photos and product detail for datasheets, presentations and web pages so they can be marketed effectively. Direct, detailed involvement with all digital marketing developments such as ecommerce websites, content creation, social media strategy and implementation, PPC and SEO. Creation and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports using Google Analytics & Data Suite with analysis of performance and recommendations for improvement. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends. Email campaigns, analyse responses and apply learnings to future campaigns, experience of E-commerce platforms & digital campaigns essential Skilled at writing original, high-quality copy for web and print purposes. Entrepreneurial and creative mind-set with the ability to bring ideas to life. Able to prioritise workloads and deadlines, whilst retaining high quality, error-free output. Experience and abilities The successful candidate will also be willing to get stuck into website activity via WordPress, so you'll need to know your visual composer from your alt-tags as well as basic HTML and an understanding of SERPS as well as marketing events and experiential marketing. You will be expected to help with the collateral of operational production documents work too, from technical product sheets to putting presentations together. Understandably, you will also need excellent time-management skills and ability to set deadlines and schedules to meet challenging targets in equally challenging time-frame. Our client is looking for someone to join an exciting journey - you'll have broad marketing experience, ideally in a B2B industry, you need to be commercially-driven and looking to get stuck in straight away and there's scope for career progression. This is a role that needs an all-rounder with varied knowledge of online and offline campaigns, the company is growing quickly and bringing some changes to our ways through enhanced marketing activity; so you need to be a great change ambassador, receptive to new technologies and processes. Significant experience of championing and embedding a focus on audiences within an organisation, including market-based segmentation models. A sound knowledge of and creative approach to communications, marketing and digital content production. This is a full-time permanent position where the hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. In return we are offering a basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience, plus a departmental team bonus of up to 10% of annual salary on successful delivery of marketing benchmarks and KPI's, plus some really exciting in and out of work perks.
