One of the leading media businesses in the UK are looking to enhance their UX team with the appointment of a new UX Researcher role. This position will sit between the insight function and designers and will be key to ensuring that digital developments are founded on customer needs. You'll continually research new ideas and concepts, champion user research across the business and seek out opportunities to improve the experience and journey of users online.
·Utilise digital tools for tracking customer journey and usage online.
·Conduct direct research with users to understand their experience and needs from the website.
·Research and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
·Brief business on findings and guide designers in suggested changes.
·Experience in online user testing or user research.
·Understanding of the principals of UX and UAT.
·Confident managing internal relationships with multiple stakeholders and operating in autonomous working environment.
·Experience using online research tools and conducting A/B testing.
·An interest in sports and digital media would be beneficial.
