Day to Day Teaching Assistants are required for schools in St Helens

Your new company
You will be working as a Day to Day Teaching Assistant for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across the St Helens area. You will be able to work whatever days you are available allowing you to have flexibility and accommodate any other commitments you may have. These Teaching Assistant opportunities are on a daily supply cover basis but can lead to long term and permanent roles if you would like to obtain something longer term. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area we are looking for experienced primary teaching assistants to fill the vacancies for September.

Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Hays Education Early Years Teaching Assistant you will be able to work in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant you will need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years, either within a mainstream or SEND setting. You will need to be an approachable and patient teaching assistant who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to teachers and other staff in the school.
