Waking Night Support Worker for a children's home for young people with mild, moderate and severe autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex learning needs and challenging behaviour.
As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be a key member of the team, providing high standards of person-centred support and overnight care to the service users. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with service users, supporting them in living as independently as possible. Requirements:
* Previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour
* Excellent communication skills
* Effective organisational capability
* Great team player
* Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the service users
* Strong “can do” attitude
