Our client is a well-established, family run wholesaler that is looking for an experienced E-commerce/ Sales Administrator to join their company.

This is a brand new role within the business and a fantastic opportunity for someone to play an integral part of the team and share the vision of expanding the business further.

You will be responsible for growing and maintaining their own website and Ebay account, dealing with customer orders, picking and packing, returns, managing the sales processes, uploading new orders and dealing with customer enquires over the telephone and on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will be highly ambitious with the ability to deliver an exemplary level of customer service. Excellent administrative and IT skills are necessary and you must have past experience of E-commerce. A degree in Marketing or Business would be highly valued.

In return for your experience and skills – our client will offer a competitive market rate. Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm - occasional Saturdays are shared on a rota basis.
