Capita are currently recruiting for one of the most disruptive providers of software, directly into the education market.

Have witnessed a momentous period of growth over the last 3 years, the Sales Director is now looking to further develop their internal Business Development division.

Unlike most other sales positions in Manchester, this can provide you with some different.

You can forget being targeted to (Apply online only) outbound calls, managers breathing down your neck for call time, and running back to your desk from lunch because you overran by two minutes.

Instead you can expect a dedicated sales training team to guide you, a consultative sales process to follow, an exciting product to promote.

Rather than picking up the phone till your arm aches, you will be making carefully chosen outbound sales calls providing solutions to Schools, Colleges and Universities.

Promoting from within is massive within this organisation, if you have a desire to get out into the field in 9 - 18 months, this role can offer just that.

In order to be considered, you just need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience within a B2B sales role.
