Senior IT Trainer (Law) - Legal - London - £50K

Greywood Associates are delighted to be working alongside an Award-Winning Law Firm based in prestigious offices in Central London just around the corner from Liverpool Street station, who now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Training Specialist to join their team.

You will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and will have at least 3-4 years IT training experience ideally gained with a law firm (or another professional services environment). You will be responsible for helping staff and attorneys learn and use available technology to support a range of clients and provide end user support on advanced topics as needed.

* Interpersonal Skills- Does whatever it takes to support the tactical and strategic goals of the team and in the Firm.
* Strategic/Change Leadership - understand change requests and disseminate information to groups potentially impacted.
* Administrative Tasks - Provides weekly status updates and monthly Metrics reports and keep training records up to date.
* Technical Ability - Complete task level expertise and understand multiple projects in order to integrate them into business solutions.

Job Duties:

* Manage workload appropriately whilst prioritising work, based on business needs.
* Presents content clearly and effectively in an engaging manner in a classroom or virtual room environment.
* Experience in efficiently using PowerPoint, giving direct demonstrations and liaising through video conferencing.
* Learns, applies and shares knowledge by teaching Firm systems and procedures to lawyers and staff in accordance with training vision/mission and objectives of set course design to meet desired business objectives.
* Provides escalated targeted training to the customer as needed on Firm applications and procedures.
* Works on the floor to gain real world knowledge of how lawyers, legal assistants, secretarial and other staff work in order to better train and support them.

Flexibility to work overtime and some weekends will be required as and when necessary. Exciting opportunities to travel to their overseas offices (New York/Boston/Chicago/Shanghai/Munich/San Francisco) as and when required may be available. Educated to degree level is preferred along with at least three years training experience in a law firm/professional services environment.
