We have a great opportunity to join a customer service/software team. Your official job title will be Software Support Technician. You will providing software support to dental practices within the UK.
Full Time Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities
* To provide telephone support to customers on queries relating to use of software and software faults.
* To take ownership of calls and follow through to completion.
* To keep clients fully informed of progress in relation to open calls.
* To accurately record details of actions and advice given in the SOE support database.
* To accurately diagnose hardware related issues and escalate to third party hardware support.
* To escalate serious issues in a timely manner.
Experience
* Excellent customer service skills are essential.
The following are desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A background in dental would be advantageous but is not essential
* Support Of Windows Desktop
* Experience of supporting Windows Servers
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, EXCEL & Outlook
* Trouble shooting network environments
* Previous helpdesk experience
* Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
