Pre-Sales Software Support / Software Demos / Software Solutions.

Based in Manchester.

£60,000 per year

The Opportunity:

You will be joining the Client Services Team based in city centre Manchester, adding your experience, knowledge and expertise to an already high-performing team to assist in the continued disruption of their sector through the development of first class products and high quality solutions.

Skills and Experience:

* Experience in Pre-Sales/Consultancy/Business Analysis gained in a commercial software environment

* Candidates will ideally have extensive retail and pricing experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry, possessing strong relationship management skills and the ability to make C-level presentations

* Confident at presenting to different audiences (clients/stakeholders/sponsors, etc.), with excellent oral and written communication skills

* Must have the ability to communicate complex concepts to people at all levels (C-level, to Management to Users)

* Strong time management skills and the ability to respond well to time pressures and deadlines

* A solid educational background (Degree or Industry qualified)

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be heavily involved in doing the research for client demonstrations, presenting business cases and completing discovery questionnaires so as to understand their brands, their target communities to help them create real commercial and competitive advantage.

The position will see you working with and acting as the product and services expert to the sales team, acting as a technical liaison between different stakeholders and users, undertaking detailed business analysis, preparing RFIs/RFQs/Bids/Tenders/Proposals and responding with the required product/service and the appropriate costings and timescales.
