Salesforces Support Lead
Initial 6 months

I’m currently recruiting for a global Publishing company who are looking for a global instance of Salesforce to underpin our entire quote to cash process for digital products and service offerings globally.

The successful candidate will join an already established team. The responsibilities include…

• Production support of two separate Salesforce ORGs, circa 40-50 active users initially supporting a business unit based out of Houston, USA and an internally facing web application based out of Oxford.
• Co-ordination and matrix management of a US-based support engineer based in St. Louis
• A pro-active approach to monitoring the overall solution, responding to user access requests and user management, dashboard reporting and end user training.
• Level 2 support of several new bespoke applications, all fundamentally built around the Salesforce platform but hosted externally in AWS
• Demonstrable and strong experience of supporting a production Salesforce solution.
• Previous service management experience for an internal facing application.
