Key Responsibilities:

This position involves working in a Campus support capacity offering users support on laptop and mobile devices, the support functions will include some contact with VIP support needs.

The position involves monitoring and administering a ticket system ITSM (Service Requests, Incident and IMAC’S), contacting staff to resolve issues within the office and some field staff repairing devices and solving software issues and various deskside related tasks but in a walk in service type capacity.

Key Tasks:

* General Desk Side Support type duties.
* Specific skills are required in MS Outlook, .PST files Retrieval / Mapping
* Day to day support tasks to UK based mobile devices.
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Password Changes
* Desktop and Laptop Installation & Configurations
* Installation & Configuration of Printers
* Ticket Issue Management

Technical Skills:

* Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
* MS Office Suite / Office 365
* Active Directory Support & Administration
* Multi-Vendor Hardware Installations (DELL, HP etc.)
* Ideally hold some industry qualifications (MCDTS or MCSE)

Key Non-Technical Skills:

* Problem solving and analytical.
* Effective communicator (written and verbal)
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Very customer focused with a calm and clear support manner.
