Salary: Up to £24k depending on experience

Location: Sidcup, Kent (nearby free parking / 15 min walk from train station)

You will join the team as a 1st line Support Analyst. As a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, you will be as the first point of contact for clients, troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems. With experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7, Office Suite and workstation builds, configuration and maintenance, you’ll provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced role. Some understanding of user administration (Active Directory, Exchange/Office365) would also be helpful in this position.

You may have experience or be interested in the following: Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, First Line Application Support Engineer, Application Support Analyst, etc.
