Graduate opportunity - currently seeking for a administrator who has excellent customer service experience.

£18,000 - £21,000 per annum and must live locally or within a commutable distance to Kingston upon Thames.

Responsibilities include:

Managing stock allocation

Monitor emails

Process faulty returns

Ensure invoices are correctly processed

Answer calls on the group line from retailers

Coordinate with DHL and retailers to secure bookings for deliveries where required

Support with ad hoc projects impacting Operations

Personal Profile:

Graduate or equivalent

Previous administration experience

Customer service experience

Good communication skills

Good IT skills
