Managed Solutions – providing outsourced recruitment solutions (RPO, MSP, MV and NV) to a range of clients. Currently this division manages £300 million of recruitment spend annually on behalf of our clients, and fills over 9,000 permanent, contract and temporary requirements each year.

Talent Consultancy – supporting clients to enhance their in-house talent acquisition, assessment and on-boarding capabilities through a range of bespoke products and consultancy services.

Staffing Solutions – working with clients to augment their talent requirements through the provision of flexible resource for specific projects and permanent recruitment solutions to identify and engage with hard to find candidates. Core markets served are Utilities, IT, Nuclear, Rail, Retail and Insurance.

Summary of the Role

By developing high quality client engagement strategies and campaigns, you will build credibility with our clients, helping us secure new business and form deeper, more strategic relationships. You will be the B2B brand custodian and have a thorough understanding of the client brand positioning and pushing through activity that makes Rullion stand out in the market.

The B2B Marketing Manager will oversee all client facing marketing campaigns for Rullion, ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals, in-line with driving forward strategic sales – +£100k (lead generation) and transaction sales (content and sales support)

Key Responsibilities
B2B Campaigns – Lead Generation – strategic sales
• Plan a variety of marketing campaigns for the organisation that engage and nurture existing and prospect client relationships.
• Creation of the B2B content plan, with different content for each stage of the sales funnel to engage with prospects.
• Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Project manage all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
• Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to maximise campaign performance.
• A/B Test campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
• Report campaign results to senior management and explaining variances.
• Work to strict deadlines and KPIs as set by the Head of Marketing.
• Report on campaign return on investment and making recommendations.
• Bring to live the internal sales strategy for selling new products – look beyond the printed play book to bring to life service lines: lunch and learns, videos, workshops, incentives, case studies

B2B Campaigns – Sales Support – transactional sales

• Support the delivery of PSL proposals (in conjunction with the tenders team) for medium sized clients
• Supervising the creation of sales support documents (monthly salary reports, impact surveys, consultant profiles, etc.) and the development of a sales support library (case studies, market research) to help with sales in the transactional sales category (<£100k)
• Support the development and delivery of new product lines
• Manage, supervise and deliver exceptional client pitch presentation materials that wow clients on client pitches (including PowerPoint, Prezi, video or any new product)
• Manage the overall client experience post client pitch / presentations with such things as client login areas, templates
• Take ownership of the client testimonial and case study library, to be used across marketing & tenders

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role – with a considerable slant to B2B
• CIM or equivalent professional qualification
• Related business or marketing degree
• Courses in technical skills – HuBSpot or equivalent
• Wider understanding of marketing and digital landscape• A B2B marketing expert
• Strong analytical / numerical skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to write and present ideas with clarity
• Working strategic knowledge of marketing tech (automation) – HubSpot experience a real plus
